Surrogate Mother program

Surrogacy is when another woman carries and gives birth to a baby, in need of another couple, who requires a child. The Gestational carrier/ surrogate mother who else another couple for completing their needs to a family.

The need to be an intended parent, becoming a surrogate mother is generous work. We promote surrogate relationships through in person organization and surrogate family events and social communities. The right to the entire surrogate mother process is to understand and match the criteria requirements fulfilled.

Future Vision involves, guiding the indented parent and the Surrogate mother about the Indian laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding to the surrogacy, to complete the process and the documentation. Completion from initial appointment till delivery of Carrier/ surrogate mother.

1.Eligibility

  1. a) Be older than 21 but younger than 35.
  2. b) No history of drug use and alcohol.
  3. c) Be healthy and have children already.
  4. d) Be willing to follow guidelines of a fertility clinic.
  5. e) Ready to go through the IVF process.
  6. f) No record of STD’s and any other harmful diseases

(A detailed medical screening is done to ensure the same).

 

2.Needed documents:

To undergo surrogacy in India, the intended parents and surrogate mother must submit the following documents:

  1. Proof of marriage: Marriage certificate or proof of marriage
  2. Proof of age: Birth certificate, 10th certificate, or any equivalent
  3. Certificate of essentiality: Issued by the District Medical Board
  4. Certificate of eligibility: Issued by the Board for the surrogate mother
  5. Medical indication: Obtained from the District board or District Court
  6. Insurance or certificate of medical and psychological fitness: For the surrogate mother
  7. Consent certificate: As per FORM 2 of Surrogacy (Regulation) Rules, 2022
  8. Affidavit: That the surrogate mother has not been a surrogate mother before
  9. The intended parents must also provide compensation for the surrogate’s travel, clothes, medicines, tests, and check-ups.
  10. The surrogate must have insurance for three years, and the intended parents must provide an affidavit or guarantee of her health.
  11. The surrogacy contract must be drafted in compliance with the guidelines laid down by the National Surrogacy Board.

3.Medical screening requirements:

a) Scan

b) 2D echocardiogram

c) Hemoglobin

d) Cbe profile

e) Sugar pasting / PP

g) HIV 1 &2

h)  Papsmear

i) Chlamiydin

j) VDRL for Syphilis.

 

Other medical tests, which are necessary, will be added, as per recommendations of the ART center / Hospital.

4. Right to withdraw.

  • a) Surrogate mother can withdraw their consent at any point before the eggs are fertilized or other Medical causes.
  • b) Should be given proper medical assistance and care support through the gamete donation process
